misleading bicycleslimited storage
My stay had some issues. The room service didn't happen one day. The advertised free bicycles were misleading. Instead, I received a 5$ voucher for Citibikes, BARELY covering the unlock fee. And the rooms felt cramped with little storage space. IT was disappointing.

My room was quite small. There was limited space to move around, a HUGE disappointment. The bed was against the wall, even in their largest room. Photos did not accurately represent the room.

the rooms were very clean the beds provided great comfort. the staff members were consistently helpful and friendly . i especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere within the rooms.
i noticed a slight delay when i tried to get breakfast but the food made up for it

the location was great. MANY shops, food options, and subway access are available. the vibe of the hotel was classy and modern. THE room was nice and had air conditioning.
Check-in was very brief I felt. I was left to figure it out for ourselves.

i found the location quite convenient, close to many restaurants. the rooms had nice city views from the windows. a quick walk led me to attractions like times square and madison square garden.
the room size was somewhat smaller than i expected.
