Location was great. the hotel was very clean. I noticed a fresh smell upon entering. the staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

i found the location quite convenient, close to many restaurants. the rooms had nice city views from the windows. a quick walk led me to attractions like times square and madison square garden.
the room size was somewhat smaller than i expected.

There was a coffee shop offering a selection of beverages. The breakfast service was efficient. the bar closed relatively early, at 11 pm, which limited late-night options. i noticed attentive breakfast staff made sure coffee cups were full.

the reception staff ensured a smooth and quick check-in process. i received helpful service regarding services i did not know. generally, staff members were responsive to requests. i found them to be cute.

the hotel's proximity to transportation hubs was a plus. the location allowed easy access to buses and trains to other cities. times square was about ten minutes away! the streets around it were a bit grubby though the location was perfect!
