Adequate stay with noticeable shortcomings
misleading bicycles limited storage
My stay had some issues. The room service didn't happen one day. The advertised free bicycles were misleading. Instead, I received a 5$ voucher for Citibikes, BARELY covering the unlock fee. And the rooms felt cramped with little storage space. IT was disappointing.

The rooftop views were great.
My room was quite small. There was limited space to move around, a HUGE disappointment. The bed was against the wall, even in their largest room. Photos did not accurately represent the room.

the location was acceptable, close enough to main attractions.
i was disappointed that the phone in my room didn't work, and despite reporting it to reception, it wasn't fixed . this made contacting hotel services inconvenient.

excellent stay with attentive service
clean room helpful staff quiet atmosphere
the rooms were very clean the beds provided great comfort. the staff members were consistently helpful and friendly . i especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere within the rooms.
i noticed a slight delay when i tried to get breakfast but the food made up for it

great location food option air conditioning
the location was great. MANY shops, food options, and subway access are available. the vibe of the hotel was classy and modern. THE room was nice and had air conditioning.
Check-in was very brief I felt. I was left to figure it out for ourselves.

convenient location city views nearby attractions
i found the location quite convenient, close to many restaurants. the rooms had nice city views from the windows. a quick walk led me to attractions like times square and madison square garden.
the room size was somewhat smaller than i expected.

There was a coffee shop offering a selection of beverages. The breakfast service was efficient. the bar closed relatively early, at 11 pm, which limited late-night options. i noticed attentive breakfast staff made sure coffee cups were full.

the reception staff ensured a smooth and quick check-in process. i received helpful service regarding services i did not know. generally, staff members were friendly to requests. i found them to be cute.

the hotel's proximity to transportation hubs was a plus. the location allowed easy access to buses and trains to other cities. times square was about ten minutes away! the streets around it were a bit grubby though the location was perfect!
